I need to get back to work on my trust, but first I wanted to list some of the resources I have used in making my choices:

Nolo's Quicken WillMaker Plus 2005 edition
Contains software and manual on preparing wills, trusts,
health care directives, power of attorney, final
arrangements, forms for executors, etc. The program
allows one to export the document to another word
processing program for further modifications. This is
great for adding additional clauses to your will or
trust.

Suze Orman's Protection Portfolio
Helps you to get all your important papers organized so
that those who follow you will have what they need. Also
provides forms and idea's for protecting ones family.
The estate planning portion is not near as complete as
WillMaker Plus. The program does not allow
modification of forms outside of the program.

Prepare Your Own Will 5th Edition by Daniel Sitarz
This is part of the Legal Self-Help Series. I did get
a couple of additional clauses for my will from here,
but really is not needed if one has WillMaker Plus
No software was included.
