UTS energy has partnered with Petro Canada in the Fort Hills oilsands project.UTS will today have over a $billion dollar market cap as it was the second last oilsands lease in the tarsands with out a major oil partner.The last public company in the tarsand DCE has the best spot in the tarsands and now is the last jr without a major oil partner.I smell a take over!!!!! BTW for those that don't know DCE has reserves of 7 billion brls "thats right 7 billion brls".Its reserves are bigger than Exonn.
