Two-pronged benefits from OneLid: (1) The fastfood restaurant or convenience store saves on inventory cost and storage space, but biggest benefit is freeing up the shelf space now used to make half a dozen different lids available to their customers. Presumably, that shelf space can be used to sell impulse items or put up placards on whatever they're promoting. So, less money going out and more money coming in. (2) The customer -- that's you and me -- will no longer have to figure out the match between cup A and lid B. Hooray! Caradoc
