I own this stock and bought it just fo that reason. I have been waiting and waiting for the merger to go through and when I called the company they said it wil be going through anyday. I can't wait I have heard very good things about Superior Panoramics and Just Jackets. The merger seems to also cut out the middle man and should save money for both companies. I see earnings for this company to turn around quickly since Superior Panoramics is a successful profit making operations.
