CF Green Announces Developments in Merger

LOS ANGELES, CA, Dec 16, 2005 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- CF Green Corporation (OTC: CFGE), (naturalsteaks.com) announced today the status of the merger with Eco-Safe (www.ecosafeusa.com). The Company has recovered shares as agreed in the letter of intent with Eco-Safe. This sets the stage for the completion of the merger between Eco-Safe and the Company.


CF Green had signed a letter of intent on August 19, 2005, to merge with Eco-Safe Systems. Eco-Safe manufactures and markets proprietary ozone water disinfection and reclamation systems.

Michael Elliot, President of Eco-Safe stated, "We are very pleased with the progress being made toward the merger."

"Since we signed the letter of intent, our sales have continued to increase," Elliot added. "We look forward to finalizing the merger, changing the name of the company and informing the shareholders of the progress we are making," he further added.

The Eco-Safe sterilization unit uses a patent pending proprietary ozone generation process. Ozone rich water is approved for the use with food by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Additionally the ozone rich water can be used to sanitize the equipment, cutting tables and process equipment without the use of chemicals.
