CF Green Announces Developments in Merger LOS ANGELES, CA, Dec 16, 2005 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- CF Green Corporation (OTC: CFGE), (naturalsteaks.com) announced today the status of the merger with Eco-Safe (www.ecosafeusa.com). The Company has recovered shares as agreed in the letter of intent with Eco-Safe. This sets the stage for the completion of the merger between Eco-Safe and the Company. CF Green had signed a letter of intent on August 19, 2005, to merge with Eco-Safe Systems. Eco-Safe manufactures and markets proprietary ozone water disinfection and reclamation systems.
