Georgia Gulf's (GGC, $18.53, $640M mkt cap) operating and financial leverage is at the high end of the chemical industry. Thus, its stock performance should be volatile. The company's sector, PVC (polyvinyl chloride), is also highly cyclical, dependent on domestic construction activity.

GGC trades at 6.6x 2007 EV/EBITDA and 5.8x on a 2008 basis. Free cash flow is expected to be used to pay down debt.
