After looking at the charts, I see more things with an up bias after this past week. Still risky to say we've turned for a while, as the index downtrends are still in place.

If the Nasdaq can get over 2300, it should run for a few weeks (see below). One has to say, so far, that the lack of the new low on $XMI (proxy for non-tech) and the Dow is bullish.



Getting another new low on the indices would just be too cute, as it would all look like a nice impulsive leg down off the top and very buyable for a multi-month correction.
