In attempting to properly evaluate the hidden and tangible value of FECOF -- A Comprehensive analysis of regional politics and historical claims regarding control of the surrounding waters becomes a required exercise. As without there being Internationally accepted agreements regarding control of exploitable offshore leases in the areas in dispute,it will become increasingly problematic to raise the required capital to begin developing any additional reserves. futr
