Novation has changed it's name and ALL it's subsidiaries names. In my view, this was done to hide the sins of their past whether it was the "Ignore The Rules" mortgages of the subprime Reit to make the deal work appraisals from Superior now Streetlinks to BMM now Mango which had terrible customer service ratings and was near BK. There are 91.2 million shares out. Senior Debt is $85.9 million Sec filings summarize numerous lawsuits against the old Reit.
