Phoenix Information Systems is a company with an advanced computer reservation system it is marketing to China, India, and Russia. China is the major market. They are the only company that is legally able to market their system in China. The major Chinese airlines need a better reservation system and are in advanced stages of negotiation with Phoenix(PHXS). George Soros has a large stake in the company. His stock along with options accounts for an ownership over 30%. Currently the stock is trading at 3.0625 and I believe a major move will occur before the next stockholders meeting which is planned to be in July in New York.
