I know very little about acsi other than them being one of many access providers in this new game, but am alot more fimiliar with (GST) Green- star Telecomunications who is building networks in 15 different cities including hot areas like Hawaii,New Mexico,California,Arizona and Mexico to name a few.Plus Morgan Stanely came out with a STRONG BUY recomond- dation on them today.I think GST (AMEX) is alot more reputable company with its top notch managment team and proven history in like companys ICG)Intelcomm group(Electric Lightwave)ect.
