where did you hear this information? there was a news release dated 10/21/96 that states as follows: The Company has received notice that AllTrade Financial Investments Ltd. has decided not to proceed with the private placement of 3,300,000 units at $.30 per unit, announced September 3, 1996. What does this mean? Also, do you know the status of their 8/16/96 news release stating that there are two medical companies evaluating the Company and its products for possible acquisition, merger, or joint venture of the product line. Yes, i'm a stockholder-just don't know the present status and what yesterday's news release means. Any info. you have will help. thanks, JImmy
