This alternative fuel made 100% out of waste streams(products).
Invented by Dr Stephen Paul, a research physicist at Princeton University's Plasma
Physics Labratory(PPPL) with funding from the U.S. Department of Energy. The
PPPL is one of the U.S.'s national labratories, considered the best in the world.

The fuel will be marketed by a Pure Energy Corporation, a privately held company that
is 38% owned by a small publicly traded company.

Main points on the alternative fuel which will be called "Pure".

100% waste product based - (non-petroleum based)
Near 0% emmissions - clean burning
Can be distributed through existing gasoline infrastructure(ie. fuel pumps)
All automobiles produced after 1994 can consume the fuel with only $50-75/ upgrades
to fuel system.
No costly upgrades to current fuel systems which are so prevalent in competing
alternative fuels such as propane, compressed natural gas,
Can work equally in all temperture environments whearby ethonal and methonal cannot
work cleanly in cold weather.
Since according to the 1992 clean air act, 20% of all fleet owners must use alterntive
fuels in 1996 and that number goes to 50% by 1998 and 70% by 2000. There is a
huge captive market for the fuel.

It can be produced cheaped than gasoline which costs .$70/gallon to produce. PURE
will be produced at a .$30-40/gallon cost.

Finally, Rick Andlanger, the new Pure Energy President and CEO, left a very lucrative
position at Smith Barney to join Pure Energy. Mr Andlanger was C0-head of Smith
Barney's global energy unit and has raised over $5Billion for his Oil and Gas clients in
1995. He is very well known on Wall Street and in the oil & gas industry. His contacts
are immense with the major oils. He did a lot of "due diligence" before joining.

Donaldson Luffkin & Jenrette also did a lot of "due dilegence" before taking a 5%
position in Pure Energy, and agreeing to be the company's financial consultant and will
be the lead underwriter in the company's Jan or Feb/1997 IPO.

THIS IS THE FUEL OF THE FUTURE AND WILL TAKE 25-30% OF THE
WORLDWIDE GASOLINE MARKET BY 2002. THE DPT OF ENERGY WILL
GIVE IT ITS "ALTERNATIVE FUEL" DESIGNATION BY THE END OF
SEPTEMBER WHICH WILL OPEN THE FLEET MARKET FOR PURE
ENERGY.

I can go on and talk forever on this but I will stop hear to see if there is any interest for
more info. Anybody want to hear more? Any questions out there?
