I would like to say "congrats". Last week I noticed that Catherine Mcleod and Bruce Mcleod became directos of a $0.12 stock called Cryptic Ventures. After some more resarch, and talking to Bruce, I have come up with the following:
Cryptic Ventures was a shell company that Catherine took over and is turning it into a very impressive company. The shares will be consolidated on a 4:1 basis. After consolidation, there will be approx. 1 million shares outstanding. They have just completed a PP of 2 million shares at $0.75 (POST-CONSOLIDATION). The company will be changing its name to Zen Resources and will have two VERY GOOD properties in China. They have FULL approval adn licenses from the Chinese government. The shares will most likely begin trading in December and the price????????????????? I am hoping that word SLOWLY gets out and the price will be less than $1.00. I can dream, can't I?
In actuality, the opening price will most likely be $2.00-$3.00.
The geologist (Jeff something) involved is the same chap that discovered the Lihir deposit.
With connections like these (Catherine, David Lowell, and Jeff), you can expect a lot of good things to happen with Zen. Furthermore, do not be surprised if they acquire properties OUTSIDE of China.
