TO start things off --- there are two things that I have complained to them about more than a few times: 1) None of the account menus simultaneously show the current value of the stock and the unrealized gains and losses. The 'account summary' menu only lists the current value of the stock, but not the change in value form when you bought it... 2) I have a pretty fast connection in my office, and logging onto their page during the day is still abysmally slow. Sometimes, I just want to check if my trades have been executed --- and I have to wait three or 4 minutes to get in... so I suggested to them to have any messages to us e-mailed to us, rather than having us log onto their site to retrieve them Come to think of it, why don't they just let us customize our own 'Views' and decide what information we can see simultaneously? l, g
