The Tower: Thank you for addressing my questions! You seem to follow Titan fairly closely. Can you describe how the two existing Korean plants are doing? Are they profitable and what type of licensing fee/royalty is Titan deriving from these two Korean plants? Do they have a cash flow problem at this point? Will they need to offer more equity to raise cash in the immediate future before they turn profitable? It seems to me that when and if the West Virginia plant get the nod on bond approval to erect, the share prices of Titan could really take off. Regards, Kit
