I have a tennis buddy that meets with Clover Capital Mgmt (a small but successful money mgmt firm)and he indicated their advisor likes FRO at this price for fundamental and other reasons (building full range of services by acquisitions). I would like to double up at <22 but may not be possible; think ill try limit at 21 3/8 on mon. If mkt tanks it should work. This is all 2nd hand info. and my opinion; good hunting.
