Just a quick comment on your statement that all APPB's look the same. FWIW, while on the surface this appears true, but a closer look will reveal at least one wall inside with local (or regional) items of interest. I've been a shareholder/customer of APPB for quite a while and am VERY disappointed with the stock price (and also think it's undervalued) but the service and food never leave me with a negative opinion. Let's just hope that earnings growth stays on track and that this latest round of P/E compression subsides soon!
