Hi Dave

Just read todays Financial Post, there's an article on NTL and BCE. It says that at the present moment the market cap. on NTL is around 33Billion compared to the 24 Billion dollar market cap. on BCE. However BCE owns 50.1% of NTL, therefor BCE holds a 16.5 Billion dollars worth of NTL stock, therefor in my opinion BCE is still undervalued. The article also said certain analysts expect the Telecommunications sector to grow, with a target price on NTL of around $121.00 US thats about $170.00 this year, if that happens that should take BCE to around $57.00.

Regards John K.
