You're probably wise to be out if you're in only for a takeover move. On the one hand, people have seen this rumor before and have been burned. (See the price action last fall). OTOH, it's not wise to stay if you have no further reasons or knowledge.

I do have further reasons. I think LOEH is worth at least 4 to 6 times cash flow as a business enterprise. I'm willing to be patient for that reason.
