You guys see this thing the same way I and my fellow investors in this stock do.

(you also know that there was a thread for Metrowerks in the Software Section of SI
around Christmas and there is a thread there now)

Although the company began in Quebec it soon became clear to the principals that
the Montreal area was not the hotbed of computer technology that Austin Texas is
and the company moved almost all of its operations to Austin. As I think I mentioned
before, I think the company developed its compiler package and only afterwards
began to discover the power of their technology and all of the potential it held - in
particular the Internet -.

The recent share issue of 1.25mm shares will effectively dilute the share value by
±10% as there were 10.2mm shares outstanding. However, this has not had an immediate
impact on the share value closing at 16.75 and 17 on MSE AND TSE respectively.

The company did a deal with Power TV of Atlanta Scientific in June/95. I just wonder
if the recent telecommunications bill that passed the U.S. Congress will open new
contract possibilities for the company and/or activate deals that have already been
signed. Every news release seems to include a stat on the number of users of the
product. I can't recall the number in Jan/95 but I think it was ±1,100, it's up to
5,000 now.(400% growth).

A move to NASDAQ has to come soon. Maybe that is what the cash will be used for from
the 1.25mm issue Thursday. This company will hit its stride in 1998 and my prediction

for 1998: share value at $40 U.S. and imminent take over target.(and I do not think
that is wishful thinking)

Mind you, I don't have nearly as much of a handle on the technical aspect as you guys
but then again, I've been told before that I don't know what the hell I was talking
about (that's when I was buying under $2 cdn.)

Anyway

Keep the info coming. This company will continue to rock.
