KRUZ "The straight skinny"

I am a long time Kruz follower. I have owned thousands of shares, I currently have
no position. I recently was the guest of Europa Kruz for a very extensive look at
their Miss. property and the general casino business on the gold coast. I
personally saw Stephen Wynn's $700 million project (under construction). I visited
most of the casino/hotels in Biloxii and the growth potential in the state is very real
and is being backed up with real dollars being spent.
Kruz's property WILL be developed by someone. Their location is very very strong
and will be built-out. Kruz ownes 100% of the property and has a building permit.
Deborah Vitale is very capable and WILL do a deal with someone. Since the permit
was awarded the interest level in the property has jumped markedly.
Kruz's newly hired investment banker, McDonald and company has a very good
reputation. They took Kruz on as a client without the usual up-front fee's that
investment bankers require to begin the due diligence. They feel Kruz has a
strong play in Miss. and they put their support behind them 100%.
Now, with all this said where are you as a stockholder. First of all, if you are a
trader and you are looking for a quick trade you are in the wrong stock. If you can
not wait for this asset to be developed sell tomorrow. If you are looking for
increasing earnings, forget Kruz. However, if you are an undervalued asset player
that (if the right deal is negotiated) can knock this out of the park.
