Thanks, Fitzie, for summary of Dessauer's analysis of CRLBF. It may help explain something that really puzzled me, namely, the fact that CRLBF suffered only minimally from the tsunami that overwhelmed the oil services industry generally after last October/November.  In fact, CRLBF was back to its November high by February, and has gone way past that benchmark since...
  I wouldn't worry too much about that high p/e -- if growth goes as anticipated, the p/e should be down to a more reasonable 24 or so next year (unless the price keeps going up, of course, which won't hurt our bank accounts, either). I would be a little more concerned about Core's relatively high debt and lack of free cash flow.  When business is booming that's okay,  but in hard times, there's not enough fat on the bones there(which is why CRLBF is a short-term hold in my portfolio)....
