>>But the ANSR relationship with Zitel/Matridigm worries me greatly as my opinion of Zitel has fallen just about as far as their stock price I am watching ANSR and have not yet decided to go long or short. I have a very bearish market view at the moment.<<

I am curious: what would possibly be the rational to short a consulting firm like ANSR which has been a huge success and is still restricted from seeing their natural client base as as result of their settlement with KPMG.

The affiliation of ANSR with Zitel/matridigm is a revenue sharing deal . The fact that their business hasn't kicked in doesn't adversley effect ANSR. It is analagous to saying that Merck has a joint venture with a little biotech and the tech bombed. You might short the biotech, but it doesn't make Merck a short.
