Thanks for your insight John. I can't help but like the way NGWY held up today on a down-right shi**y day. Tech stocks got slammed again but NGWY holds ground. Of course not many people probably know about NGWY so I guess we're a little lucky. John what are your thoughts on the timing of this deal? Bill
