There's too close focus on it's use to counter anthrax (we don't see too much of that up here). Since it neutralizes viruses, it might also be developed into a counter agent for the annual flu season and other common uses? That could be a very successful mass market product.
Who would buy it: NOX might produce and market it themselves, or if they're a smaller firm might more likely sell the rights and/or royalties to one of the larger drug firms.
It'll be interesting to hear more about their testing.
