Paul, USRX is buying an Israeli Company for $50 million. This is why
USRX price dropped. In my opinion, USRX will NEVER see $40-50 unless
after it splits 2/1. Its Palm Computer subsidiary came out with an outstanding new product. USRX will always be the #1 modem company.
