Hi Mike: CNXT's website lists all the products in the ``infotainment'' product line: * analog and digital video broadcasting video encoders/decoders * interactive TV digital receivers * demodulation ICs for satellite and cable communications * V32 modem for settop boxes * MPEG video and audio decoders * digital cable modems In summary it looks like all chips related to TV, cable, or satellite broadcasting. The wording about the DVB interface migrating to DOCSIS suggests CNXT is behind Broadcom in this area I would be very surprised if the OEM win is speculation. This is what the SEC was trying to curb. The company knows it is about to get an OEM win, but it cannot announce it yet. It guides the analyst in the proper direction, and then the analyst puts it in his/her report for the firm's clients.
