In my ultimate act of due diligence I put in calls to their biggest customers--Harley-Davidson, Saks, and Iomega--and left voice mails with their IT depts. I will post any news I get. The message at Harley Davidson actually said that if there is no response then it's because they don't want to waste their time with you. What yankees! This is always the problem with tech companies. Unless you're in their narrow field then there is no way you can really comprehend how they compare to the competition or if they sell a good product.
