VSEA's fascist SLAPP lawsuit costs it's stockholders!!! Costs in the two-year old litigation grow and grow and grow on an almost daily basis as Varian's near army of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe lawyers can not win! Losers in two Federal Courts - the Orrick lawyers charge and charge - truthful postings alerting the world about the heinous and fascist SLAPP continue every single day!
