Jay, do you think people will sell BAY and keep Access Beyond, or vice versa? Access Beyond will be a small player on a crowded dance floor (ie, even Shiva is struggling) and so is perhaps more of a wildcard. Meanwhile, possibility of BAY getting acquired may encourage shareholders to keep BAY, and sell the A.B. I have kept Penril in back of my mind, intending to look at it post-merger/spin off. I suspect A.B. might edge lower after the txn, and may be a better opportunity at that time.
