PTIE is on the original list, but appears to be 3x cash and book right now. It has recovered some. The small list was of stuff really close to cash or book, less than 2x. However, if PTIE's science/biz/management is worthy, as a recovering BL-UEHP candidate, it can certainly merit continued consideration. I don't expect ITMN, for instance, to come back to such a level. It's probably a no-brainer to buy that one below 30.

Have you followed PTIE any? I know nothing.

Biotech Lock-Up Expiration = BLUEs! Do you have a stock with the BLUEs?
