Justin here is my opinion. 1. CD ROM chips should keep OAKT's earnings positive for a while until different product lines take over. I believe DVD still has 2 or 3 more years before it becomes as affordable as CD ROM is now. And who is going to jump into the CD ROM chip market with DVD on the way. OAKT still should have a market in the short term. 2. OAKT is currently working on a DVD ROM type chip(stated at Bear Stearns Tech Conf). Any news of a DVD product coming on the market would send this stock upward(even if the product is poorly engineered). 3. This company should be working their butt off in order to bring these new products into the market. If the stock heads toward 18 the lawsuit dims. 4. I don't think this stock can go much lower. It can't hurt to buy a couple hundred shares. Remember this is my opinion. aaron
