Steve, ECSC's last earnings report was on 05/16--3rd Qtr. This means that 08/16 is exactly 3 months after. But as this is 4th quarter results (and annual update) many companies take longer to get this final report out compared to previous quarterly interim reports. The only thing that "worried" me about the release of the Dole sorter-grader report yesterday was that some companies will release "good news for the future" reports just before they release disappointing earnings reports. Not saying that this is the case here, though--just a thought. Bill in St. Louis.
