Last year, I sent letters to Intel management, NASD Surveillance Division and
the SEC concerning "short busting" in Intel common and warrants. I requested
trading sheets for the respective periods, etc.

Answer: none! One SEC lawyer called in response to my letter and his only
advise was to sue the mutual funds involved. At $ 500-600/ hour for
a lawyer, not a bad deal for legal blood suckers.

When I trade all markets, I go in with the idea that they are a minefield and
regulators are there only to cover up ...
