Thomas, thanks for data. If PEP does not meet earnings expectations, low 20's is not so impossible after all. FYI, I came across this piece from CDA/Investnet website (will only be there today, 9/9/96--http://www.cda.com/investnet/daily/tip1.html):

"Pepsico Shares Noticeably Absent From Friday's Rally:

For a variety of reasons, not the least of which is the recently announced antitrust probe, Pepsico (PEP) shares have languished this week in the face of impressive market activity. We have been monitoring insider selling at the company for the better part of the year. The action continues to look historically high. So far this year, insiders have sold (split-adjusted) over 921,000 Pepsico shares....a number far above the historical norm for the company and
second only to the 1992 period (which was somewhat of an anomaly as insiders in many companies took profits in order to beat the Clinton tax increase which became effective the following year)."
