InnovaCom Appoints Representatives in Europe and Western U.S.

SANTA CLARA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 26, 1996--InnovaCom
Inc., (NASDAQ OTC/BB Symbol:MPEG) a new company that recently
announced the first single-chip MPEG encoder in the digital video
compression field, has appointed two well known distributors to
represent its product line in Europe and Northern California.
Mark Koz, president and chief executive officer, said Nexus
Technology, Mountain View, Calif., has been named to represent the
company in Northern California and TJL, Inc., headquartered in the
U.K., to handle European sales.
Koz said Nexus is recognized as one of the leading sales
organizations in the region, offering a broad line of technology
based semiconductor products from several major producers in the
field.
In Europe, TJL will represent the company in Germany, the U.K.,
France, Italy, Sweden, Netherlands, Israel, Spain, Switzerland,

InnovaCom announced its DVImpact single chip MPEG-2 encoder last
month with initial deliveries scheduled for the first quarter of
