Rich,

INVR has the clinicians/researchers that are far superior than any others in the field...and now finally have the security of future financing...in the biotech field this is USUALLY a winning combo.

Many people own the stock at prices above 3 and 4 dollars, with the promise of a strong bounce as well as tax selling season being over in January I feel that the stock will make it's strongest move in the first Q of '97. If momentum buying hits the stock we could see the price run as high as $8.00. I know it sounds like a high number but there isn't going to be much of a float and the insiders are notoriously good at raising additional funding.

I ask you this??? If the company does need additional funding would'nt it be alot nicer if the price was say above $6.00, when they issue the additional shares??? I figure by mid-'98 to do so...

I know that INVR is a much better R&D company than VMIRx and now they will be able to combine their poker hands if you will.

I hope I answered all of your questions...

Regards,

Rob
