Congress supports Retail Investor Fraud!! Congress keeps Arty Fagan around just to make meaningless speeches to anyone that will listen politely! Renewing the Covenant With Investors sec.gov Report Concerning Display of Customer Limit Orders *Display Rule violation rates of 92%, 58%, and 46%...Some SROs conduct no limit order display surveillance. Complaints serve as their only sources to identify customer orders that are not displayed.* sec.gov Why NO OTC market-maker names? If the SROs' are NOT SRO'ing... than what is the purpose of the SEC? Why does Mr. Levitt go to various Universities and speech-a-fie while MM's and Specialists steal from retail investors? Why does Levitt order the Markets to decimalize and they just say "Buzz off Buster Brown!" Why does Congress NOT give Mr. Levitt any money to get the job done? He get's billions of dollars in excess SEC fees and still just talk.. talk... talk.
