Hi Jeanne,

Thanks for the info. My friend lives in the vicinity of CERPROBE INC
and he keeps me informed about the developments. The local newspapers
usually carries information on local companies and he seemed to notice
that the company is growing fast.

Also keep in mind that the underwiriters (Dain Bosworth) have bought
300,000 shares @ 22.00 per share. I bought once at 17.00 and sold it at 24.00 and I am in it again at 18.00.
