BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 13, 1998--Pioneer Services International Ltd. (OTC BB:PSVC) has entered into a joint collaboration effort with Enviro Products Ltd. of Canada to incorporate Pioneer's resonance technology in the formulary and development of Enviro's award winning building block products. Judged the most innovative building product of 1996 N.R.L.A Building Industry Exposition, this new patented composite cement building block is approximately 2.25 times larger than existing blocks, covers 125% more wall surfaces, weighs 50% less than conventional cement blocks, and has an R-rated value 400 times greater than standard blocks. According to David Sweet, chairman and president of Enviro Products Ltd., "Our patented process can be enhanced by the use of Jacobson Resonance technologies in the cooperation of the water molecules used in the bonding process as well as a more effective use of our fiber filled composite materials." Enviro Block process is a high compression formulary; of fiber (sawdust), water, sand, and less than 20% by volume cement mixture. The result is the most effective loadbearing, stable and seismic conditioned building block available in the marketplace today. At present, all tests are preliminary and prototype resonators will be added as part of the computerized block assembly line in plants in Canada and the United States. Pioneer Services International Ltd. will seek to secure a licensing and royalty arrangement with Enviro Products Ltd., after this development stage is completed.
