Let's not be so innocent--somebody knew about this (if not a whole army) before the news release. At least the folks at Morgan Stanley or doing business with the firm would've known about this.

Only individual investors like you and me are kept in the dark until the right parties have gotten out.

You aren't (still) feeling idealistic about Wall Street--I hope?
