Unfortunately, I closed out my PNDA short a while back, and regretted it once it went below 4 1/2. I'm with Datek so I doubt they'll implement your suggestion. :(

One interesting note - CYSP is now marginable at Datek. I don't want to try to short just yet (already made money long) but I find it amusing that an IPO *could* be shorted so soon after the fact.
