This site says 8 ORBCOMMS were supposed to go up 15 FEB! But it did not! We launched 8 ORBCOMMS in the last couple months, 2 more ORBCOMMS early this month, and were were supposed to launch 8 more on the 15th FEB. Did this actually go up? I thought this was postponed due to the weather! There should be 18 ORBCOMMS in orbit, but there are only 10 now! What happened? Did I miss something? orbireport.com
