DEAR AOL OWNERS: WHY IS YOUR PRODUCT GIVING TERRIBLE SERVICE LATELY? Since AOL online help has no answer, I thought I would take my question to the owners of the company. Why is it that lately when I try to access a topic in the bulletin boards I receive a message saying "That Topic Is Not Defined" I read these particular boards on a daily basis and know they exist. Second problem. Doing a "Company News Search" has resulted in "That Database Is Not Available" message. That is getting quite frequent also. I appreciate your time and thank you for your attention. I usually like to address problems with a product or service to the owner.
