Yes, Tax cuts do cause deficits. History shows that tax cuts cause deficits. tax cuts cause surpluses if spending is low enough. taxes that are too high (as they are now) causes decreased revenue from taxes that continues to decrease as taxes go up. history shows the opposite of what you proclaim. The huge increase in the national debt started with the Reagan tax cuts, was temporarily stalled by the Clinton tax increases, and continued with the Bush tax cuts. no, it started long before that with liberal spending. you are free to believe whatever you want. and i'm sure you would continue to believe your own fantasies until your own destruction. you'd then be musing 'perhaps i was wrong', but by then it would be too late. how did our nation manage to thrive in its early years before the big spenders arrived in washington? why did people fight and risk their lives to come here from other countries? why weren't they fighting to get into the soviet union, instead of leave it? what you want is the old soviet union. unfortunately for you, but fortunately for everyone else, it failed. even castro has admitted he's been wrong all these years. what is it about history that you don't see? every socialist state has failed or is in the process of failing. socialism brings misery to everyone, even the elite, though they live better than the rest. people don't get rounded up and sent to execution centers when they live in freedom. can't you see that the very core of socialism is true evil? the essence of socialism is theft. its lifeblood is deception. socialists/communists bring evil into the world and try to disguise it as doing good. they turn things around with doublespeak, such as "tax cuts cause deficits". it's all lies and doublespeak. and the vast majority of socialists don't know what they're doing is evil. they really believe the propaganda of socialism. it's insidious. i really think you believe in the goodness of socialism. but there's no such thing as socialism goodness, not ever. there's no free lunch. everything good has to be paid for with personal effort and honor.
