In one of the best examples of "sell on the news" I have seen, I note that CYPB has lost about 20% of its value in the few days since it announced a very good-sounding deal with Forest on February 9. My working assumption is that the company is leaky and some lucky people got in ahead of the official announcement. (I don't follow the company, so it is of course possible instead that a deal was widely expected). Peter
