Things picked up later in the day and pushed my PF to an overall gain of about 1% today in my resource stocks. Maybe November won’t turn out so badly after all if we can get a solid close to the month tomorrow. My 75 cent bid for Geovic B warrants got hit again today, delivering my third helping. I think my approach to these will be to keep a bid patiently waiting to buy them at 75 cents and then each time sell 2/3 or ¾ for $1.20 or so. This should accumulate me a nice holding of freebies over the next few years if the buyers and sellers continue to cooperate. FNI +13% NI +6% some of the nickels were strong (but not BMC -2% on a great PR) ZNC +11% no volume though RMK +12% with volume, riding on KXL’s coat tails PMV +9% no reason GMI +9% on today’s Cumpie Hill results BWR +8% GWY +6% continuing the run SCM +6% waking up? Energies were slightly red, but wild and crazy spec EHRE was +8% with volume and SE +7% -- I’m hoping both have defined a bottom now. LC
