When the beans first came out it was reported that the gene was removed. I did some searching and you are right, a gene has been added. Plus when the beans first came out they did have a 3 bu per acre lower yield but now they have an equal to or better yield than other beans. A dry summer can cut yields by 20 bu per acre so 3 bu per acre wasn't a big deal. Weeds can cut the yield by 10 bu per acre and be a pain at harvest.

I see they are working on GMO grass for golf courses now.

But all in all, we dummys out here in fly over land don't count and we's sofa king stupid we's gonna plant mo and mo of dem GMOs.
