The poster to whom I replied posted the same attack of Microsoft accounting for stock options on many of the discussion threads at bb.com on multiple days. It was hard to keep up with that posting frenzy. I got the impression the posts were designed to cause a bear raid on Microsoft stock. When I read what Parrish's description of what he believes is the correct accounting to stock options and understand that Microsoft's actual practices are audited by a big-5 CPA firm every year, I got the distinct feeling Parrish is a conspiracy theorist nut case or he has an agenda to panic people into selling their Microsoft stock. JMHO
